On Saturday, Craig and Phillipa will be taking you through the classical yogic breathing practices for balancing the mind and emotions to help with those ups and downs in life.
On Sunday, Craig and Phillipa will lead you through an Asana exploration session showing you how to access the therapeutic benefits for your home practice.
