About the Pregnancy Yoga Course
Prenatal yoga classes offer a place of refuge where you can learn to connect with your changing body, your baby, and other expecting Mums. The Yoga Postures prepare you physically for giving birth, but most women find that the awareness of body, mind, and breath that yoga gives is what truly helps them when it’s time to deliver.
The pregnancy yoga course is suitable for any stage of pregnancy. You will learn body awareness, breath techniques, yoga stretches, relaxation, meditation and pelvic floor exercises. Practicing yoga during pregnancy will prepare mother’s physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood.
The Course includes notes, excellent instruction and we provide yoga equipment.
Payment is required to secure your place.
