You don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is about understanding how our body, breath and mind interact and play a key role in our ongoing health.
Learn how to breath correctly to calm and relax the mind. Learning to breathe correctly in different ways also assists in reducing the inflammatory response in our body in regard to chronic pain from arthritis or other medical conditions.
Learning to move your body in a mindful way improves your Range Of Movement in the joints and increase your flexibility through out the muscle of your body.
Learn the Art of relaxation for the management of everyday stress.
The practices are always modified to suit where you are at with your practice.

Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm, Wednesday.
Cost: casual attendance = $17, concession $14 or
Regular attendance = $75 upfront payment = 5 x classes
